1 From February 26, 2003 the exchange rates of the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic are established on the base of the average considered of the exchange rates reported  by the foreign exchange market and financial intermediaries until 3:00 p.m., of the previous day, in  conformity with the established in the Article 11 of the Foreign exchange market Regulation of the Monetary and Financial Law Not 183-02 of November 21, 2002.

Rates obtained by means of  the average considered of the total of the operations realized  by the financial institutions and the exchange agents  the immediately previous working  day.
3 Simple averages obtained by means of telephonic surveys between 10:30 and 12:00 P.M. to the financial institutions and exchange agents.
